StoryFest 2020 – Mandala Storytelling: Exploring Nature and Pyrography

Our therapist Shu Yin is honoured to be a part of StoryFest 2020. Storytelling is a key aspect of Art Therapy, as the narratives we form of our own lived experiences, the stories we tell ourselves, make us who we are.

Am very thankful to the StoryFest Singapore team The Storytelling Centre Ltd Singapore and Creative Director Kamini Ramachandran, and honoured to be a part of this year's StoryFest. Grateful for the chance to share my love for art, therapy, and nature in an online video presentation on "Mandala Storytelling: Exploring Nature and Pyrography".

What was supposed to be a physical workshop as part of a plethora of storytelling programmes, StoryFest almost didn't happen due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Circuit Breaker restrictions. However thanks to the organisers' perseverance, adaptability, unwaivering belief and passion in their artistic vision, StoryFest is still going ahead as an online festival.

Read more about my presentation on the StoryFest website.

Do stay tuned for the videos to be published for a limited time on 17–27 July. Subscribe to the StoryFest channel on YouTube for updates!
